By downloading, installing, or using Budgio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Budgio is a personal finance tracking tool. You agree to:

• Use the app for lawful personal finance management only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Not use the app for any fraudulent or illegal financial activity
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

3. Subscription Plans

Budgio offers Free and Pro (KES 199/month or KES 1,799/year) plans.

• Payments are processed securely via Paystack
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact sbudgio@gmail.com
• Plan features may change with reasonable notice

4. Financial Disclaimer

Budgio is a tracking and budgeting tool only. It does not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for major financial decisions.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of Budgio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app you consent to the data practices described therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

Budgio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, financial loss, or damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
